Mommy's New Toy

I've been trying to get the boys used to our new bike cart so that we can start going for rides - so far, we've just been walking. They aren't huge fans yet, but we'll get there!

Fun With Mommy!

Mommy lamented that she has very few pictures of her playing with Caleb, since she's the one who usually takes pictures! Mama J. got some of mommy playtime with both boys...Caleb loves to give kisses, fly & (occasionally) snuggle, while Jay is into dancing to his music!

Johnston Visit!

Mamma J. & Daddy J. came to visit last week. Lots of time was spent playing Legos, on the play set and with water balloons! Everyone had a great time...thanks for making the long drive!

Happy Father's Day!

The boys had a great day with their wonderful Daddy! They also got to see both of their grandfathers during Father's Day weekend...very fun! (We need to get pics from Pa's camera!)

James' Favorite Golf Outing...

...in a while or ever! James has played in 2 charity golf tournaments this week. Last Saturday, he got to play in the First Tee Celebrity tournament and met lots of professional athletes, TV & movie personalities. He got paired to play with Peyton Manning...very cool! Today, he's playing for the AR Children's Home.

Jay's Favorites!

Jay loves to sit on the counter and "help" mommy cook. He always wants his own pot and spoon to "stir, stir, stir," and picks out spices that will make his creation "goo-ood." He has also re-discovered his Leap Pad. I caught him sitting in the middle of the coffee table working away at the games on it!

He's Everywhere!

Caleb has gone from zero to rowdy very quickly since he has become mobile. He's moving around everywhere, dragging toys, opening drawers & generally causing chaos!

Grandmother requested pictures of the entire playset so that she can see what Jay is talking about. He absolutely loves it!!

More Shoobaba Fun!

The boys really enjoyed Aunt Helen's recent visit! They got to go to the "big, big" bookstore and pick out a book. Jay's no dummy, he chose a Curious George collection with 8 stories in it (which we've read at least 80 times each so far)!

Teeth!

Daddy was determined to get a shot of the teeth! Caleb is trying to pull up on things...he's always pulling the bumper down, peeking out of the bed when we go in to get him now.

Pool Days!

The first pic. is our first trip to the pool this year for mommy & the boys. We all went today, but there are no pictures of mommy & daddy because the water was FREEZING! The boys love it!

Busy Boy...

...but oh, so cute! We found Jay making 3 tape strings on the furniture this morning and attaching change rollers to each one. He gets credit for ingenuity only! After lunch, daddy slipped him some Raisinets. When I inquired about the chocolate on his face, with camera in hand, this is the look that I received!
