My New Friend!

Caleb's friend, Noah, gave him a puppy for Christmas. He loves it!

Bring It On!

I think that I like your big boy bed, Jay! Caleb loves to go in and wake Jay up from his nap in the afternoon. They like to play on the bed...pillow "fights" are a new game!

My First Signature!!

Ms. Denise came on Friday to evaluate Jay & graduate him from the Parents As Teachers program. He has really enjoyed her visits. She got to see the chalk board where he wrote his name for the first time on Wednesday. He was pretty excited!

Just Walking Around...

...waking up! This was the shot as Caleb sauntered in the kitchen to eat breakfast (yes, he found the bellybutton between the snaps). He's had a big 2 weeks after mastering the walk. He's really trying to say more words, makes 8 animal noises and is pretending a lot. Yesterday, he cooked at the little kitchen, making Mommy & Jay eggs, pancakes and a drink. He tasted, then we had to taste and say "mmmm"!

Lego Masters!

These boys love playing with their Legos. Caleb is even starting to have success putting pieces together by himself. He gets so excited and shows everyone what he did! Does anyone see Jay's airport with the control tower and the plane pulled up to the hanger? Idea & construction all on his own...I just found him this way and got the long explanation!

I See Jay's Tummy!

Caleb spots bare skin while Jay is getting dressed and goes right for it! He loves his big brother. Jay tries to read all of his memorized books to Caleb...if Caleb would just sit still long enough...

See Our Christmas Sweaters?

Jay said that he & Caleb wanted to wear their Christmas sweaters to church on Sunday. I don't know if he's more excited that he has a train or that Caleb has a fire truck!

Cookies With Santa!

Our neighborhood had Cookies with Santa last Saturday. The boys really enjoyed getting to go - Jay asked Santa to bring him a green garbage truck. Score for Daddy & Mommy...I mean Santa!!

Snow Daddy!

Daddy caught up on the snow play on Saturday! He & Jay had fun with the sheets of ice from the slide and they built a snow volcano. Don't know who had more fun!

Pa Came To Visit!

Pa drove over from Batesville just in time for the snow! We had fun with you Pa, but why aren't there any pictures of you playing with us in the snow???

Snow Day!!!

Daddy had to go in to work today, but Mommy & the boys had fun in the snow! Pa came to visit just in time to see the snow. He didn't want his picture taken this morning, so he took some of us!

When I was trying to get dinner ready, Caleb was helping to gather the condiments. He is trying really hard to feed himself with a fork...and having some success! He stuck it all by himself, put it back on when it fell off and finally got it in his mouth.
