Daddy Helped Us!

We decorated our cookies on Sunday afternoon so that Daddy could help us. All 3 boys were very serious about the project...and eating the finished product!

Neighborhood Costume Parade!

Last Saturday, our neighborhood had it's annual fall festival. Look at all of the kiddos! Everyone enjoyed dressing up & getting some early treats!

Ring Around The Rosie...

...we all fall down! Jay & Caleb were playing with their music on, when I peeked in they were in mid-rosie. Caleb was so excited to get another birthday gift in the mail from Uncle Matt & Aunt Rachel. He loved it!!

What A Mess!!

The boys were playing outside while I was working on dinner recently, when I realized that I had not heard fussing in way too long. When I looked out, I saw them happy as can be on a 60 degree day, playing in the pool that had blown into the yard and partially filled with rain the night before. Blue lips & all, they DID NOT want to get out. They are also into making "nap mats" around the house lately, and Caleb decided that he wanted to "help" Jay be an astronaut!

The Pumpkin Patch!

A week or so ago, we went to the pumpkin patch to pick some pumpkins to use for fall decoration. We also got to take a hay ride together. Jay (yes, he dressed himself) picked a small green & orange one, while Caleb picked a gourd as big as he!

Building Fire Trucks!

The party continued on Saturday morning when we all went to Lowe's for their kids' workshop to build a fire truck. The boys had a ball! Thanks to Mama J. & Daddy J. for taking pictures!

Party Lunch!

Caleb was a train engineer for this birthday! He ate the M&M wheels off of 2 train cars & then dug into one with icing! Jay chose a white iced engine & was very serious about the first 4 bites, then he was done!

Happy Birthday, Caleb!

Caleb loved opening presents...he had to take a break between each one to play with it before he moved on to another!

Adventure Land Party!

Mama J. & Daddy J. came to see me and went to my party in Green Turtles! I didn't want to wear my hat, but I sure liked the chocolate mini cupcakes & grapes.

Our Precious Caleb!

Last Wednesday, Caleb went to see Dr. Furlow for his 2-year check-up...a couple of days early! He weighs just over 30 pounds & is just over 35 inches tall (both still right on the 75% curve!). The doctor said that he is developing perfectly & she did not hear his heart murmur or feel his little hernia anymore! At his 2 year screening with Parents As Teachers, Ms. Tracy confirmed what we already suspected...he is getting his point across in a big way these days. His highest apptitude right now is in the area of communication! He wants to do everything by himself, still loves to tease & make everyone laugh, can sing too many songs to count, has many of his books memorized & loves to give Mommy & Daddy heart failure with his fearlessness. We thank God for the wonderful gift of Caleb!

Sweet Ansley Is Two!

Happy Birthday, Ansley! The boys had a great time at Ansley's party on Saturday...they only wish they could have stayed longer. The day was way too busy!

Building A Scarecrow!

Mommy & the boys went to the Fall Festival in downtown Rogers on Saturday morning and built our very own scarecrow! They had fun picking out his clothes & stuffing in the hay, but Jay said that the hay "kinda stinks a little bit."

Cruisin' With Ansley!

Ansley got some cool new wheels and came to take Caleb & Jay for a ride. Caleb was not too happy about Jay riding so close to Ansley and decided to keep a close eye on them!
